The announcement of Acland might add another 10 percent or more.

But happy with $3 given holding since $1.36.

Acland would be good long term but will divert cash for expansion.

I prefer big dividends. I prefer no new supply. No new supply means higher higher profits as demand exceeds supply. If every company creates new supply then we will have supply exceeding demand.

Short term supply increase through longer hours without significant capex is best solution to make hay while sun shines.

Long term supply increase is bad because it creates more overheads, chews up capital/cash and potentially adds to glut in future.
