The only sense I can make of this are two images:
1. 10 year old in a candy shop
2. investors going near broke on the way to riches.
Have I missed anything?
I should have listened to my inner voice. The hyperactive CEO who couldn't calmly and fully answer questions in recent video. I like to see CEO talking in measured tones not jumping all over the place.
The behaviour does have a name, but here is not the place.
