Not so simple mate. Markets aren’t that stupid. Firstly when placement shares come out tomorrow for zip the stock will get hammered. Sezzle price already factor this in. Secondly, sezzle will be bankrupt in 6 months if zip doesn’t save them. You have more risk holding sezzle which is why the discount exists.
