We all know about the "habits" of Neal and Linden..(altho the latter is having a few senior moments from all accounts)And of course Ian Gandel also knew what to expect and very, very wisely head hunted Patrick M. The Blue Bros will not want insider Patrick to be in court answering very well constructed questions from the AGS legal eagles. (Patrick can also inform them of a question or two to ask) The court action is a very sound action.Heathgate is withholding very sensitive information about the real size of and grades at B4M. Why? If they told AGS an immediate announcement to the ASX would be required! And the cost of a takeover soars
So AGS takes action about a few legal issues and through that process the reluctance of Heathgate to disclose will be put to the test. Many ways to get an outcome! I notice a few posters have sold. My position is to buy. Which I have been doing.Ian Gandel has read the Blue Bros accurately and has used familiar territory (ie the Australian legal system)to call their bluff. Hold or buy if you can. This is a classic case of frightening the horses. It won't come off!
My blog deeplode.com which I have neglected lately is worth a scroll.(when I have time RED is my next target)AGS will win.
