    Yes and no.
There has been a lot of debate over the recovery rates of Beverley. Deep south was supposed to be around 10,000t the whole of Beverley before the deep south discovery was supposed to be 18,000t Heathgate should have had about 24,000t of their own to mine, they have mined about 7000t. so should have about 17,000t left.....
    Thats not the case.
I believe deep south ended up being more like 3000t

So with the lessons they have learnt they were understandably cautious on bringing out a figure that was never mineable. So when they have done the JORC I believe the numbers are based conservatively on what is retrievable via ISL.

If the mine was an open pit (which will not happen due to environmental reasons) the recovery rate could be double what has been released.

So yes there is a lot more uranium down there. The JORC is based on what is recoverable.

Have Heathgate clammed up recently... absolutely.
Don't be surprised if this has to do with pride, saving face, and problems with recovery at Beverley.

Then there is the Legendry Blue Brothers.
    Who won't give an inch.

There is a lot more potential in the lease, and this is partly what they are arguing over. So there is a lot more uranium still to be discovered.

AGS will almost without doubt win this court battle.
How many more to follow is what concerns me.

General Atomics won't want everything spread publically.
The Blue Brothers are strange business partners.

What I would like to know is how much they will pay to remain private!

Will they take out AGS just to shut them up.
