If people (you) believe that a company with $6m cash (that just raised causing more serious dilution), with no current product but a plan to enter the acquisitions market is undervalued at $16m market cap..... surely a company with $16m cash (no dilution) and the ability to do the same is undervalued at $28m market cap?
And I should add that the company has $200k ongoing revenue.... That's 5 times more than people were happy with elsewhere.
