Really, to be completely "fair" to all shareholders, an updated valuation report must be undertaken, and this time, somebody "really" professional and truly independent should do it.
Not many could have foreseen the Ukraine problem, or the 100% rise in oil, and 60% rise in gas prices, since the offer and acceptance.
SXY needs a new bidder at a more realistic level, given the current global situation.
