Jefferies bullish on Australia's Northern Star after HY results, page-60

This is not about profiting from trading for many but rather the share price v POG. As earlier pointed out, a year ago with the POG much the same as today, the SP was $17 whereas now it is under $10. And it's not just NST that suffering in this manner. Gold producers simply don't deliver the value they did, particularly at the height of covid lockdowns. There seems no reason to believe that NST will ever again be worth $12, let alone anything more. A direct relationship between POG and the SP of Australian gold producers no longer exists. If NST reaches $10.50 again in the near future or somewhere close I will be looking to sell as there are better opportunities and dividends elsewhere.
