Are we in an accumulation phase, stocks getting churned daily at 13.5c, is there some news around the corner, I feel a CR at 10c but for the instos only and this is why we see the SP going sideways, if tgey can get the restart study ready than possibly some finance to get us to production. the stock is being scooped up at 13c so hard to take the stock down further.
