I like your valuation metrics .... makes me want to sell the neighbours cat to buy more !!!
One thing that is not stated is that the debt still held ... as part of the net zero cash.... is more expensive then debt being zero .... ie cash in a bank account may get 1% while debt is costing 10% .... so we need 10x the debt to be in a net cost of zero
yes they are paying some of it off .... I would encourage management to think creatively how they can pay it off sooner
