    Wtf.
    What does 16.5 have to do with anything.
    I am not the smartest tool in the shed but when a ta supporter can only demise on 16.5cents rather than the 14–% recovery that occurred today, says to me you you have no interest in this stock as a long term hold and that you should never be listened to in any context.
