There is a massive disconnect within the forum on how management have performed.
I for one cannot understand why some posters will never criticise management despite the obvious issues over the past few years.
Any minor criticisms from some posters are akin to when at a the job interview and you are asked “what is your major weakness?” And you snswer “well i am guity of just being too dedicated to my job”. That leads me to conclude they have an agenda. There is no way imo someone could be so unconditionally supportive of management given the circumstances. Just my opinion, form your own but dont be blind.
