I did mention to keep an eye on ESG, as their US facilities are the ones that will likely be first targets for Nitro installations.
https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/56343467/singleThey are part of NYSE listed CentrePoint Energy NYSE:CNP. This parent company has assets of about $29 billion, but ESG are only a tiny part of it with about 400 staff.
I would expect most of these sized Nitro installations to be quite small in value, as they are essentially a MABR L5 container or equivalent SUBRE tower system. Possibly somewhere in the ballpark of US $100-200k per system at the Oneida sizing. However, it is a great way to land and prove MABR based systems into western city infrastructure, as a efficiency bolt-on for anaerobic sludge treatment into existing established WWTPs. Once you have a few of these installed and proven to be a "safe" technology, then you can start tendering for standard WWTP upgrades based entirely on the MABR process.
Recent hire Richard Cisterna has a background in anaerobic digestion plants, I would not be surprised if his strategy mandate involves getting MABR Nitro in alongside all these ad plants in the US, showing how easy the process is to run as a competitor to Anammox.
