    Hey mate, I'm no copper developer expert (although I really should be with my holdings) but I'd expect at least $500m capex required to build the mine and then your additional operational costs to dig and process

    As a result you need to find a large enough asset to make this economical.

    Do we have one here? Nope. Not yet at least

    Will we get one? Hopefully

    Is it game over if we don't? Nope... There are large operational mines in the area that could process, but why I like this story is the district opportunity... CNB WILL be a mine one day (IMO) so the question is more about the district level, joint ventures, acquisitions, who knows

    Either way we need to hit the copper grades, and the story with our neighbors alongside could make this very successful

    As for gaps, I've experienced a few now in companies that clearly had no reason to drop, but they are magnetic. I'm learning more and more that it's often external influences that ultimately lead to a gap being filled on a company whose fundamentals are sound. I'll be looking to capitalise on these in future. I'll still hate them though
