    StandUp...

It was pretty limited involvement...I would be sent graphics and basic text via email which I would put into a monthly shareholder update...that was it.

I saw nothing of the day-to-day workings...they were in Perth, I was in Melbourne.

It all started when I met with Smyth at Ian Eagans office in Melbourne, at that time I was a substantial holder in CVI and simply wanted to meet who was in charge...to see if my investment was safe...lol

I know of many others here on HC who did likewise.

He said all the right things and answered my questions well...most will attest to feeling comfortable about their investments after meeting with him.

At this point I shifted my views from that of a "trader" to a more "investor" centric one. ..this was my big mistake.

At this meeting he asked me to help with their market presentations...he said his son told him of my Cudeco presentations and was interested if I could help them out.

At that time, the stock had risen and fallen significantly...so I saw it as a chance to help support my investment, to make the Company's correspondence more professional by improving the quality of their communications.

I produced a few in-house documents, flyers, etc, and the Monthly updates...that was all.

I posted this fact at the time, after which my posting was impacted by blackout periods...for example, when I had produced an update, but it had not been released yet, I would limit myself from trading it, or discussing it on HC.

It was in this period...when I could not trade my investment...that I lost most of my money. In short, I was effectively locked out of trading, in spite of the fact I am sure many in possession of the same info were probably trading away without concern.

I withdrew my services when it appeared things were not quite right...I only wish I never got involved.

    Cheers!
