Ann: Trading Halt , page-4

Normally tox gives a reason why it is going into a trading halt, this time no reason.
Makes you think KKR could have lobbed a bid, but if they had it would have had to been in the last day or two as a director sold some shares the other day,
maybe it is the RIO contract, but as i said they normally give a reason,
either way it will be good news.
