100% agree. At the recent meeting in reference to questions regarding future business acquisitions or store opening, Peter King was quite adamant. If the opportunity wasn't really positive/favourable for Dusks future, they didn't need to do them and weren't going to do them. Worth a listen, and he really impressed me.
So while its clearly not great from the markets point of view, its preferable to a deal which may have had problems we don't know about.
