    I think the market is reading the report and it has hit the 52 week bearish resistance, next bearish resistance is the 2020 SP of 11 cents.

    I note you have not provided any evidence from the report of your claims other than something “subject to regulatory approvals”?

    So where is the evidence or has the market missed it?
