It appears to be a simple case of someone holding it back temporarily to get a low buy price.
It doesnt seem to have anything to do with the stock itself - but if it is it would be a trader exiting knowing that he has no more news from this well due (final update before moving on to drill and furnish the second well) and hence no more wave to ride this week.
