The meetings outcomes are a good result for any sensible shareholder and not at all a surprise.

So, you think those who voted against the resolutions are not sensible?? On that basis there must be a lot of shareholders who are not sensible - at least according to your post. I'm sure a lot voting against resolutions sensibly disagree.

On the front of not being a surprise - bang on.

And market reaction on Monday - will it be sensible? Guess we'll know soon enough.

Meanwhile those voting against were sensible enough to know the unfairness of the resolutions - especially with respect to share issue to J. Wellborn - an absolute joke. AIMHO
