If you haven't taken a look at at Karp in video I suggest you do, it seems a strategic raise at 5m to ensure they don't need to go cap in hand to vulture financiers if switch to Ag hits snags...and with 50ct options there is at least some blue sky before sell off by sophs...if they had offered a SPP would have taken longer and compromised switch over I'm guessing...
in any case there has to be a better way to offer retail SH some skin in general, not just MKR eg simpler auction offering at same time as Sophs...but that is unlikely since sophs and big end of town need retail in their place for their machinations to work...
