I think we’re kinda saying the same thing just a different approach.
Absolutely they have work to do…. There’s a huge opportunity, but they need to get there faster than they are today… they have the platform now, iterating new changes/enhancement should be a piece of pi$$..
As for the SP, don’t know it can go much lower (famous last words ).. upwards now is up to them and generating real value for consumers and Agents… surely it can’t be that hard..
