When there are material announcement - company announces through ASX announcement.
Rest of the things are garbage or rumours. Company can release fluffy news through twitter but to release through ASX it has to be facts or company faces fraud charges.
When asx asksed about these rumours, BRN said we have not released anything because there is NO MATERIAL info/news hence they have not released.
