I don't know about value yet. I hold for the future.
There is a lot of material to go through to figure out the NTA and who owns what and what the value of the parts is. The $12 mil comes with a lots of dilution (and free options @0.20) to us that are holding currently. I haven't taken the time to do the calculations yet.
I think there will also be another SPP and with most things in BPH it will be a bit of a lottery, you will apply and only afterwards will you find out how many shares you get and at what price.
