Hi DD, it’s certainly not a guess as all the Zoleo sales announcements tell us when delivery will be made. For example the last one in early Feb said delivery won’t be until FY23/24 for that order. Basically the company has guided when stock will be ready and invoiced.
In terms of why it’s probably a function of manufacturing being at or near capacity and planned forward orders. For instance, we know some previous orders will be going to the new European markets etc. So yes, very planned, controlled and sensible.
The key message though is we have a very high level of certainty on the sale of units, their costs and rough timing. Based on historical analysis, we also know that these sales turn into subscribers in about 6 months.
That should provide pretty high conviction on the investment case.
