it has been stated that difficulties were with getting the ore out of the ground, they had a seismic event and due to only one zone online the whole operation stopped, hence the move now to 3 then 4 zones of production.
coupled with this we are told they had staffing difficulties and didn't have the right people on the ground working as a team, we are told this has now been resolved.
