Doing a listing on Frankfurt exchange would be a far smarter way to do a CR than in Australia. Even on London exchange would be better than ASX.

Access to a lot more money over there - and it is for a resource in their back yard.

A CR will be required to start moving towards mining - but I still hope somebody with the pockets to self fund the start of mining will buy out SHP. Buying out SHP once the first resource in proven/announced will be far cheaper than waiting for them all to be proven/announced. There is so much value under the ground that is not currently reflected in the SP that a take over even at $250M is a bargain! (3x SHP's current cap)
