You are right. Just read the prospectus online. (I am overseas ATM so I didn't see the hardcopy). There was a separate form for take up of shortfall shares which was posted out to all holders.

I assumed you could apply for shortfall shares by sending money over and above the entitlement amount. Has been the case with other rights issues I have taken up in the past.

I just got a family member to send me the BPay details and sent my payment that way.

So apologies to all. My error. Lucky that I got the 10000 extra shares at the end of the day then.

Go MNM. Now my only phosphate play after giving up on MAK. Potentially massive gold news to come and news on the coal seam gas front to come in hopefully two weeks.... LOL.
