I hope MS spends his last years in prison. Unfortunately I doubt those at the very top will ever be touched, but hey, something is better than nothing.
Any chance of class action? These guys would have plenty of personal assets that would about cover it. At the very least it would be nice to send them broke.
I bet there are a few posters that would trade any ASIC action in for half an hour alone in a sound proof room with a few of these villains ;)
