My understanding is that MOG are free carried into the situation,I think what they mean is that MOG wont be responsible for the cost that part is on MEO shoulders whether they do it with a farmin partner is irrelevant..they can still drill atermis regardless..although I think there will be farmin partner IMHO DYOR
