Suspect you are right. Barry responded to Seaman on 28/2 (or that's when he posted it) and said he was doing the presentation last Friday - to which he added that it needed to be released to ASX.
Reading the tea leaves, perhaps he did the presentation to the financiers on Friday of the Restart Study results - would take a presentation to cover the main talking points. So, this would need to be made into a formal release which may take a day or so.
So, do we expect the announcement of the restart this week ?
