imo they already have a direct interest in BRK. a bucketload of options. last raise gift. unless all sold.

to try and clear things up if it's not obvious. i am ok with the funding costs. short term loan. i was calling for this 24 hours before the trading halt.

it's the spin the options are underwritten and some using the term guaranteed that I'm calling out. read these in the fine print and consider what the chances are they can't get out of options underwrite if they want.

doesn't matter as we have the funding. so it's all steam ahead. but this type of crap should not be allowed to be put in front of shareholders - eg. imagine if these were the terms for underwriting and we did not have the short term loan. how worried would you be they would back out?
