    iam,
    as terryl has indicated, MOG's CR now closes on 14 Dec. It seems to me that it would be advantageous to MOG holders in making their decision about the CR if the farminee's Board meeting has been held prior to the closure of their CR. Just wondering if the new closing date has been strategically selected.
