I can understand some posters' concerns.
Lack of news can set some people's minds to thinking about the worst-case scenario.

I do believe that most long-term holders here have been in this exact same situation a few times now.

More recently, the BOD received a lot of flack during the course of February for not listing in February, granted seeing that it was apparently going to happen via the IPO sometime in December and then sometime in January.
Did the BOD disappoint? Maybe temporarily. Did some holders sell out and the share price pullback? Yes, it did.
Did the BOD come out with some fluff announcement to appease the disappointment? No.
But the BOD pivoted and did what they are paid to do and acted in the best interest of (their own holdings) and ours too as a consequence.

The BOD has a " Strategy" for a "long play" and an end game. It's based on and will appeal to long-term investors.
From what I have learned about this BOD for better or worse, they are focused on delivering longer-term results both for the patients of the therapies and also for the longer-term shareholders.

To link some delay of the OSA release announcement with some perceived timing failure of the BOD, is in my mind a mistake.
As I have said earlier I do understand some posters' anxiety in not having the results exactly imminent and exactly coinciding with the NASDAQ listing.

    My questions right now are
    > What is the best time to release the results?
    > Is it when there is liquidity on the NASDAQ or with little to no liquidity?
    > Would you prefer to get the maximum "Share Price Inflection Point" under the current circumstances or would you be prepared to be a little flexible and wait a little longer at a future date of the BOD's choosing?
    > What environment should exist in your mind to achieve the best SP appreciation?

I think our discussion here should at least explore what would be the best timing for the release of the OSA results?

    Suggestions?
    > First maybe - Loyalty Bonus Options Announcement to bring loyal shareholders along with the anticipated OSA re-rate?
    > Then Liquidity on the NASDAQ?
    > Perhaps, New York Fund or Investor - Reveal?
    > Allow some timing for coordination with a massive PR campaign based on positive results?
    > Please reply with some other ideas that would also be conducive?

As I have stated previously, I am very confident of excellent OSA results and IMO I would go for the end game in preference to shorter-term time frames even if the BOD need to fudge the terms "imminent" and "coinciding" to do what is required for terrific Share Price Appreciation.

No offence intended to any previous poster/s just my personal observations.
