I am a geologist working in JORC reporting of coal, however the process is always the same regardless of the product.
EXPLORE .... MODEL .... JORC RESOURCE
"Gus stated that they will have completed the 3D modelling by end January".. I really doubt it will take 5 months (till june) to complete the JORC. The only reason that it would take longer is if the model doesn't contain enough U, hence more exploration until the U targets are met.
