FletaP, the interesting bit to me in that article is Heathgat "The company has applied for a mining lease for Beverley North". Heathgate would appear to have a few hoops to jump through for North to proceed and I doubt if their timetable is achievable.

I remember someone posting an article from the Adeliade Advertiser on the day of the recent AGM where Quasar requested shareholders to pressure AGS to get on with it. All this is posturing of course which is not to say Quasar won't advance its position by doing it and shaking out some shareholders. However as at the annual report of Nov this year the top 20 held over 56% of shares and Board and Mangaement over 30%.

As for samgribbles posts it is interesting to note that they only joined HC in August 09 have done 53 posts all on AGS.

Judging by their press Heathgate/Quasar are very formidable opponents and whether their aim is to teach AGS a lesson or just acquire as cheap as possible I not sure. No one can say for sure how a court will rule but fundamentally AGS has to be cheap.
