"100's of fintech stocks" .... isn't that the problem .... NOV's technology doesn't seem to me to be that unique, and its in a highly competitive space, that cant compete with allure of a (seemingly) no brainer battery metal stock ?? While they have impressive % increases, its a % of relatively small numbers, and all being well, this stock wont be paying dividends for years. So, holders are punting on a dramatic event to create SP and liquidity action that will allow a profitable exit ?? If the consensus is that the banking licence is a given, and thats a licence to acquire money, why is it not resulting in a much higher SP .... some stocks don't make sense and when there are so many alternatives why bother with them ?
