Before we get ahead of ourselves, the asset has to be officially secured. Get this share holder vote done asap. We all know it would be a yes vote.
Once that's fine and contracts completed we can think about dollars.
The last thing I would want now is for someone to cut our grass. There was 2 other bidders at the time of negotiations I believe.
