My thoughts on the results are that a hand held xrf (xray fluro-thingy) are not really very reliable. I would wait for the lab results before getting to excited.
The contaminants are important also. It will need to be beneficiated at the very least.

The price of rock Phos would need to be a lot higher to make any money on this deposit.
