GeoffInAdelaide, its very rare for companies to extend oppies. Has been done though. Personally I believe the company would probably more likely issue more shares than oppies. The whole ideas of this oppie issue was yes to encourage takeup of the SPP but also to provide another large dose of funds to the coffers. Extending the options at say 1c per oppie is a far cry from the 75c per share they were hoping for. On this basis if they are looking for more money come May I expect it would be another SPP or a sophisticated placement.
