If they could turn it into a full management system where the agents / private landlords absorb the costs they would be onto a winner, globally. It would also be good if they could have it count towards your credit rating, orrrrrr; banks/mortgage lenders could use it to offer mortgages to people who don't have enough of a deposit. Now that would be a revolution... often rent is the same if not more as a mortgage. it's silly to think people who rent can't afford their own house. Every year of consistent payments could remove a couple % off the needed deposit amount.

hopefully I see a reason to buy soon! I've been following it for too long now, and this is probably my most checked stock, even more than the ones I hold!!
