    Thanks for that link. I am currently reading it and am down to page 3 and I have a problem.

    The writer is premising his argument of the need to remove "subsidies" on the need to reduce emissions. That premise is suspect. He is also talking of subsidy
    in a pejorative sense, when in fact we are all subsidised in some way.It is called synergy and cooperation. So he is discriminating against one form of subsidy for his own reasons.

    I will continue reading and post further on it later.
