So our JV partner, customer and biggest shareholding appears to be holding the bag for 12b+ on their hedging book. Not sure how this shakes out, perhaps they’ll sell stakes in the projects (rumors glencore) and stake in NIC. Or maybe we could buy them out, would need capital for that. Big picture does anyone have an assessment as to how this effects the day to day operations? Assuming someone still needs the metal
