Indeed, 4 or 5 is probably the norm for a company of NZO's size/complexity.
Must say I have been more focussed on Salisbury and his team, but the board could do with some culling as part of the renewal process. Perhaps the culled has come on board to teach culling?
Have a modest NZO holding, it feels pretty safe atm so will not sell, but not so enthused as to want to greatly increase it atm. Would like to see Kupe and the coal derisked and contributing, and get a better idea about material new growth.
Also have a preference to buy post drill, not immediately before, eg might be a dip on an Albacore duster (or a slow takeoff on success).
