@Gowatch You are right, it’s all happening in Argentina. The trolls questioning Argentina sovereign risks and what not, need to eat humble pie.
Livent is planning to triple their production by 2025 and Tesla team will visit Catamarca province in the next few days. This will be a huge boost to Argentina and also potential lithium developers in that country.
With regards to offtake, I reckon LKE has certain T&Cs including rise and fall price mechanism and only if an offtake partner agrees to those terms, LKE would sign up…whether it is Tesla or any other OEMs.
Looking forward to hearing some interesting announcements from Argentina in the next few days which could positively influence lithium miners in Argentina.
