If you have only ben in a year you might be able to get out with a minor loss, which would probably make you one of the luckier UCL investors.

Their history is shocking - more dot com and minor tech ventures than come out of Perth in a good week (they aren't Perth based - Qld). They seem to survive on share placements. They had so many that they had to do a 1 for 10 consolidation. They raised $US20m to buy into a Philippines phone company about 4 years ago and are now trying to get out of it and get $A5m back and use that for their Iranian venture.

Does this sound like somebody who lost bucks on them - you guessed it - more than I can ever forget but it taught me lots about these type of operators. I'm not allowed to give advice - but if I was I'd just say that there are lots better places for your punting money.

By the way - this board used to have lots of UCL posters - they have all gone.
