With the cost of fuel hitting close to all time highs one must consider several factors not only the IO price but also the cost of mining the product and sales realisation in turbulent geopolitical times all of which the shareholders in general only hear or read about in announcements at quarters end.
In my opinion this is why I believe the SP is not reacting to the IOP at this time.
