I know that. But it would be a bit of a slog for US/NATO military to use that route to engage in an invasion of Moscow and the western 20% of Russia which is the "seat of Russian power". So the US via NATO has concentrated it's military aggression directly up to Russia's western border and was also in the process of turning Ukraine into a NATO war machine against Russia.
I hate to worry you but the aggressive US/NATO military aggression and wars over the past 30 years inexorably leads to US/NATOP war against Russia and China from which nobody on earth is going to come out of terribly well.
