Good book, read it about 4 or 5 years ago. Interesting point he makes about denying a conspiracy, calling it a corporatocracy instead. Conspiracy has become too loaded a word, though perfectly accurate in these circumstances.

Catherine Austin Fitts is into the same stuff except she was a victim and was stitched up by the DOJ because she stumbled on a high level scam.
