    End of year is just timeline. Funding agreement can happen anytime between now and Xmas. It is unlikely that the full funding agreement happens once only. I believe there will be several small rounds comprising of debt, JV and equity raise. I reckon there will be some form of funding announcement by end of Q2 this year. Sam, who led to raise $7 bil for Gina is leading the charge. So fingers crossed.
